One suitcase, one backpack, one day bag.....the apotheosis of the roller coaster ride of the crazy, stressful, emotional, hectic, wonderful, etcetera etcetera preparing for my departure.Past month's highlights in a nutshell:10.000km in my little white car, dentist&doctors appointments, packing-moving-stacking boxes-more packing&stacking-accompanying bruises, meeting 'old&new' people, friends&family, nice meals, even better drinks ("mojito rocks!"), wedding('s)&new born babies, goodbye parties, great chats, reminiscing, excitement, sleepless nights, laughter, tearful but warm goodbyes, hugs&kisses, "kiekeboe", plans&promises (for virtual and real-life visits), last-minute advice, do's&don'ts, flashing camera's, drawings, (surprising) postcards, diaries,....Thank you all....and stay put: next update 'life from Ouagadougou :)!'
