It's a holiday in Jamaica today. A nice mid-week, mid-winter treat. All is quiet and everyone is heading to the beach but me. I'm heading towards Canada with a weather forecast described as "messy" with snow later turning to rain. Not pleasant at all when the beach is tugging on my heart strings.George is in the middle of a gender workshop this week put on by CUSO-VSO. They seem to be enjoying the role playing exercises which are providing excellent team building awareness. Apparently George's acting skills are Oscar calibre, but then I knew that.George will be attending the bi-weekly Hash House Harriers hikes from now on and will report on his findings, hopefully with photos (he has to pick up a camera from somewhere soon). The hashers are described as a drinking club with a running problem who meet every second Sunday in a remote area of Jamaica suitable for a hike/run through the countryside followed by lunch. The members come from all walks of life so it's a wonderful mix of people. I'm looking forward to joining on my return.http://jah3.virtualave.net/See you soon.
