A very busy weekend and very enjoyable weekend which saw the second Gahogo Hilton Party as VSO volunteers, the Gitarama crew, random Irish people found in Rwanda, and Rwandan friends joined together to celebrate St Patrick’s Day. What followed was plenty of drinking, much Irish dancing, a little tin whistle playing, and a summer solstice celebration.Irish DancingSummer solstice celebrationThe following day after one hours sleep Vanessa and I struggled to Kigali to lead a fundraising workshop for her organisation. Thankfully all went well and I actually enjoyed it!
