Today was the first day that I didn’t take my camera out with me. Today was also the first day that I got to stroke a Nile Crocodile. What an unhappy coincidence. But fear not! I got a quick cameraphone snap to prove I’m not completely making it up:They’re more moist and less crusty than you expect.We had a day off for Eid Milad-un-Nabi so I went down to Kachikally Crocodile Pool with a few other volunteers - best attraction we’ve been to so far! Good little museum, friendly crocodiles and an informative guide. What more could you ask for?Also, got myself a hat so there is much less chance of a repeat of Sunday’s sun stroke incident, much more chance of a looking-dangerously-like-Crocodile-Dundee incident though…
