Start the day with a quick wash down with some medicated soap which, as the box suggests, is invaluable for prickly heat. Ride up the hill to work, dodging small children where necessaryPrinters jam whatever continent you’re in…Pop across the Gambia to visit a local school and enjoy thelight river breeze. Stop off at the local Tescos Express to get some bitter tomatoes on the way home.Have some dinner and get in the mosquito net with a book, a light and a rechargeable fan.
