Here is the Dispute Resolution Foundation (DRF) headquarters at 5 Camp Road in Kingston. This is mainly a pictorial blog taken on a Thursday afternoon showing a cross-section of the staff. Because photos were taken during office hours the comments will be more work-related than social.Note that the building is called the Peace Centre, but because the sign is parallel to Camp Road it is easy to miss, unlike the Lay Magistrates Association sign. This second picture shows less of the building, but you see an old guard tower for the adjoining prisons and detention centres.Devon ('Wall) is at his computer working on the mediation and alternative dispute resolution database.Conroy Daley, one of the Supreme Court mediators, after he had finished a mediation at Camp Road.Lloyd who keeps the parking lot from becoming too dusty.George (me), CUSO-VSO volunteer, in a photo taken by Sasheika. Thank you Sasheika.Terry of knowledge management:Traceann in the youth department.Leon, ditto.Jerome and the just-passing-by Jodean.Jerome (before Jodeanappeared on the scene)next to the machineThat is always serene.Janice doing finances.Helen, CUSO-VSO volunteer in Human Resources, and Mike closest to the camera. Furthest from the camera you can see part of CUSO-VSO Finance volunteer Keith Forsyth's head.Karen, the CEO's executive administrative assistant.Noreth and Kristen-Kae in Noreth's office in the mediation department.Montana and Vivienne at Jodean's desk that she had temporarily vacated to be on a photo shoot with Jerome (see above).Abdi, CUSO-VSO volunteer in Monitoring& Evaluation, at his desk with the interesting posters behind him.Carol, CUSO-VSO volunteer, in knowledge management.Sasheika and Dimitri helping Terry in the knowledge management area. Not everyone is in this photo, however some of the other people can be found in the soccer blogs and Dispute Resolution Day blog. Please let me know if you work at DRF and would like a photo of you at Camp Road to be added over the next few days. I need to have my camera on me for this offer to be binding.
