My friend and the Gambia’s sharpest entrepreneur, Mamadou Wuri Bah has a bike repair workshop in the centre of the Kombos that also doubles up as the meeting place for the Gambia’s first freestyle bike stunt team. Earlier on in the summer whenBrunacame to visit we made a little film about Wuri and the rest of the Top Cycles team and this is how it turned out.The guys are trying to get two of their projects going: 1) they need some bikes and equipment so freestyle team can do performances (this is my priority as it will stop them from using my bike when it’s in for maintenance) and 2) Wuri wants to train more Gambians in the skills to repair bikes and set up their own workshops.
