Today's title was either as shown from the January 1963 song by the pop group, Cascades, or something gritty like:Bipartite Infrastructure Challenges - General in-depth Study of Kingston Jamaica's Hydrogen Hydroxide Redistribution, juxtaposing the Old Gun Court Specificity.I went with the former one of course. I'll never be a real scientist, I can understand most of the gritty words above, probably you can too. If not the photographs will lead you to an answer.Th kitchen garbage can was diverted to flood control and that helped give it a good rinse out.Meanwhile outside the front parking lot was starting to fill with water, but not as full as on heavier rain days when the falling torrents of rain sounded like hail on the tin roof.A more expansive view of the parking lot lake:The gutters were pretty full now too:Inside the roof was not 100% leak proof so some preventative measures were necessary.Recycled papers helped cut down on the water on the floor. No doubt a mess will meet my eyes on Monday morning. The cable is just an ISDN one so there was no danger of an electric shock. These waste bins prevented the often slippery steps out of the office getting worse.Going home it was worthwhile taking the taxi and not the bus. Otherwise I would have probably got soaked on the sidewalks on the way to the bus stop. The police were heading to the left too. You can usually tell when a Jamaican vehicle is turning left because its left indicator is not flashing:There was some advanced driving going on here, or else somebody taking an unnecessary chance on the road. You are not meant to go fast through a Jamaican puddle because you never know what size pothole might be lurking underneath.I usually try to put some in-depth thought into a blog post, but today I'll let the water provide the depth. I'll call it quits and let the Cascades fade this blog out into the distance:Oh, listen to the falling rainPitter Patter Pitter Patter ohhhh...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bQstQST1GiM
