It was my birthday at the weekend. Sarah is a more diligent blogger but that doesn't mean my readers should miss out on seeing me dressed as a mosquito:In my view no birthday is complete without a bit of fancy dress. I have learned that, apparently, fancy dress is a particularly British idea and although most people in Britain find it ridiculous in a good way, everyone outside of Britain finds it ridiculous in a, well, ridiculous way. Amazingly I was lucky enough to have a particularly pliable group of three British volunteers to complete my birthday by dressing up as a river, a taxi and “agriculture”.
