Yesterday on my way to work, I had to stand by the highway for about 5 minutes as two separate Maasai herds of at least 50 cattle each crossed paths. Bulls were mounting each other and the Maasai men were trying to ensure their respective herds went in separate directions. I laughed out loud– this is SO not what I thought I was getting myself into before I moved to Nairobi ! :-)
