When you see a group of men sitting in the shade of a tree, dollars to doughnuts, they are brewing attaya. Needed for this ritual:
* a small square portable charcoal cooker
* a small blue enamel tea pot
* gunpowder green tea
* mint leaves
* at least 2 small shot glasses
* lots of shade and time
