Armed with a brand spanking new red, non-stick frying pan and not one to let an opportunity for fun food to pass me by I couldn’t exactly not make pancakes on Tuesday. Shrove Tuesday doesn’t make much of an appearance on the Kenyan culinary calendar, but I wasn’t going to let that stand in my way.
