I’m at Katima Mulilo in the Caprivi Region for the next couple of weeks seconded to the Ministry of Education prodding computers with screwdrivers and tutting.
For the first few days I was here there was no mobile network or internet and hence cashpoints and credit card machines didn’t work either.
