On the last day went to a market at 6.30 am to buy local rice as it is cheaper than back in Walewale. I saw the grain mill and the women winnowing the rice to remove the chaff.Winnowing the rice.                                                                     One bowl of rice cost 2 cedis, about£1I was also entertained by watching how many people could be squeezed into one lorry! This is not an unusual sight out here. The grain market.I loved this sign on the back of the lorry - "Still  Hope, No Harry in Life."The grain mill.Yes, this man really is asleep on a window sill. Ghanaians can sleep anywhere!
