Canadian Karibou Club

On Thursday night my roommate and I were invited to the Karibou Club, which is a social activity for Canadians planned by volunteers at the Canadian embassy. It took place right at the embassy, outside by the pool - where we enjoyed yummy drinks and snacks at very reasonable prices. We met a lot of interesting people from Canada - from embassy staff, to RCMP and NGOs. We are now officially on the invitation list and will look forward to going back every month.
