The local marina

The above photos show the small marina in Perd'e Sali exactly 3.3Km from my house. It takes me about 40mins to run there and back, a nice easy running route from my house. As it's the middle of summer here at the moment it's best to run there about 7am while it's cool and fresh before the heat starts to build up. The average temperature at the moment is 31C. I've had a preference to staying in bed at 7am these last 2 weeks so my 3 runs a week have been 'put on hold'. By the time I get up, at 8am, it's already too hot to go. I have every intention of getting back on track though in the next few days!!
