In the Swim!

Today I had my first swim since my fall (with docs permission of course!). It was lovely. Of course, I used the right (injured) ankle very gently but it was nice to loll around in the water again - first time for a month!I tested the water yesterday to see if I could sit on the side and dangle my foot in the water and get up again unaided and with no ill effects. As that went well I had a proper swim this morning. Luckily, I had the pool to myself so noone to bash me and it wasn't raining so surfaces were dry which all helps.We go to Battambang on Sunday as Alison has another meeting for a few days. After that it might be back to the house for a bit and be reunited with my piano! It's back here for an appointment on 30th. so we may break that up with a trip to Siem Reap en route - not sure yet.Hope all's well with the readers back home. Positive start for Liverpool last night helped for a positive start here as well! Bring on Man U!!!!!!!!!
