It's George's birthday so he got to spend it how he wanted. He chose staying home for the weekend and invited Igor and his children to join us for supper at Scotchies for jerk chicken and breadfruit. George thought Igor would probably need a break from sole parenting while Bernadette is in the UK for 5 weeks before thinking about himself and turned down the opportunity to go to Treasure Beach for the weekend. But then, maybe he was thinking about himself; maybe he just wanted a break from being the unofficial CUSO-VSO long distance weekend driver. We'll never know for sure and besides he'll be back in action driving Miss Daisy, that's me, around this beautiful island in no time. Mayfield Falls are calling...Happy birthday, George.
