Well, I've got to admit my body did take 24 hours to get used to the warmth after a month in Ontario and it's not that hot right now with highs up to 30 and dropping down to 17 overnight making the mornings pleasantly cool. Now that I'm acclimatized, I'm finding the weather ideal. Ah, it's good to be back.But the best part is being outdoors and walking over to the Sovereign Centre soaking up the sunshine and warmth only to be greeted inside the mall with a young man washing a shop window while passionately singing a love song to all who passed him by. This man loves life. Then less than a minute later I entered a clothing shop and what was the first thing I heard? Annother man, a shop assistant, singing his heart out. Who needs piped in music when there is Jamaica?There's a reason the chorus of the national anthem is Jamaica, Jamaica, Jamaica land we love. It's true, we do love it here.
