Apologies for lack of entries.  I guess most things about my life here have started to seem routine to me now and hence don't warrant writing about.  Also I'm pretty busy with work, domestic routines, trying to get enogh sleep, getting out to visit people or walk at weekends etc.  Monday to Friday I go to the office, come home, heat water for a wash (bought a deodorant called Shower to Shower, which was optimistic given that our water was off for eight days on the trot), eat dinner, play guitar and go to bed.  Most Saturdays I shop at the market and go to choir practice.  Most Sundays I go for a walk either alone or with Rwandan friends.  There are also many opportunities to get together with other volunteers e.g. last week we had a sing-along showing of The Sound of Music! Some more interesting days e.g. visiting Immaculee and her baby; visiting Felicien's big sister Judith and her family (her nine year old walked along hand in hand with me singing me a song about needing more osiers, with a refrain about going off to hoe the land, my friend); feeling I was vain going all the way to Kigali for a haircut and instead risking the 50p local haircut and regretting it.  Best of all, a week's holiday in which we saw gorillas!  I'll write all about that soon.
