This is just to give a huge 'Thank You' to Judith Burgess at the Co-op Bank Customer Services team.She called today regarding my letter and managed to give me a whole heap of useful ways to deal with the Co-op from overseas without having to phone them - namelySmile, which I didn't know allowed you to deal with account information in that way. She's also made it so that my parents can contact her directly in an emergency and I can contact her directly by e-mail.I am soooo happy at last. Really was extremely helpful. Apparently my bank can't put a stop on the money going out because it's an agreement between myself and the company (some strange legal stuff) but they will raise it with the VISA group and if the company refuse to answer or discontinue the subscription then things can hopefully be done. I.e. - they're working on it. Which is good enough.See, complaining does sometimes work :)
