I’ve found that one of the hardest expat lessons to learn is not blaming your host country for everything.
Because frequently it’s not the power going out or your taps running dry that causes the black clouds.
Sometimes bad days are just bad days and that goes for wherever you are.
In the UK I rarely blamed England [...]
