She is tough and resourceful, she leaves us far behind,Some say she is lazy and not very kind.But I say she's seen a few things in her time,She works with few resources and in wards covered in grime,In the morning she is damp dusting to make the place clean,Then she deals with a tragic story behind every screen.There is HIV and cancer too far advanced to survive,Young people are dying, there's no way to keep them alive.It's so hard for her to cope with, so she builds up a wall,She just does what she can, but she can't help them all.
