I've said goodbye to the Brownies!!!Last Thursday was the end of the centenary celebrations for Guiding - being marked on 20/10 2010. The Brownie pack, at which I help (1st Norwich) had arranged to meet earlier (at McDonalds) as my farewell. I was given a Brownie teddy (christened Teddington!?) which I have promised to take to India. I will ensure he has his picture taken at various places and these can be sent back to the Brownies.We then joined other Rainbows, Brownies and Guides from all over Norwich, in the city centre, for a camp fire sing-song. At 20:10 we joined all other members from Guiding UK to renew our promise.A very special way (albeit a bit chilly!) to say goodbye.
