Most people would have heard of the pleasures of the Delhi traffic and although since the Commonwealth Games there are now white lines on many of the city's roads, things still 'appear' a little chaotic and manic. I say 'appear' as really, upon closer inspection the drivers are actually highly skilled with great spatial awareness.Seriously! Okay, there is barely a vehicle on the road that isn't scrached or dented in some fashion but there aren't as many crashes as one would initially expect given the number of vehicles all trying to get to the same destination.Now, this skill can really only be fully appreciated as a passenger in an auto rickshaw. Yes, you are somewhat exposed to the elements but you also get to see what keeps Delhi moving......good brakes, good horns and good luck!
